🎡 Thibodaux Firemen’s Fair

Celebrating 151 years of community tradition, the Thibodaux Firemen’s Fair is one of the largest volunteer-run festivals in the region. It features live music, thrilling carnival rides, delicious Cajun food, a 5K run, and the always popular firemen’s parade. Proceeds support the Thibodaux Volunteer Fire Department, so your good time also does some good.
✈️ Red, White & Blue Airshow – Monroe
Location: Monroe Regional Airport, Monroe, LA

Look to the skies this weekend as aerobatic pilots and military aircraft put on a show above Monroe. Gates open at 3 PM Friday and Saturday and 11 AM Sunday, with showtimes beginning shortly after. Bring a lawn chair, pack some sunscreen, and enjoy a patriotic salute to America’s finest.

Gardeners, herbalists, and plant lovers—this one’s for you. The Sunset Herb & Garden Festival features over 100 vendors selling native plants, herbs, garden tools, art, and homemade goodies. 🎨 Morehouse May Madness Street Festival – Bastrop
